My collaboration with The Bookie (or my former accountant) is ending. How do I make sure the accountant withdraws the authorizations at the Dutch Tax Authority?
This may apply if you stop your business, decide to do your own bookkeeping, or start working with another accountant or with us.
Withdrawing authorizations yourself
You can withdraw the authorizations yourself using your revocation code. This is the letter you also received when we applied for the authorizations on your behalf. You sent us the activation code, and the revocation code is for you to keep.
In addition, you can always log in with your DigiD via the Logius website and revoke your authorizations yourself.

Not working out? Then we will in any case withdraw our authorizations once we have submitted the final tax return for you. This means after the last VAT return or income tax return.
Do you still receive a notification that an authorization is active? No problem, just give us a call. We’ll make sure it’s withdrawn the same day.
We don’t use your data when we are no longer actively working for you. Still, an authorization may sometimes remain active, because we prefer having one too many authorizations than revoking one while we’re still helping you. Withdrawing takes just one minute, while applying again takes three weeks :)
